ReviewCook customers and reviewer-facing pages
ReviewCook customers may use the Platform to create QR codes, hosted review pages, feedback pages, AI-assisted review draft flows, and other public-facing pages for their own customers, guests, patients, clients, visitors, or reviewers.

A ReviewCook QR code, link, hosted page, or workflow may direct you to a third-party website, review platform, business website, social media page, form, or other destination that we do not control.
Those third-party websites and platforms may use their own cookies or similar technologies. Their use of cookies is governed by their own cookie and privacy policies, not this Cookie Policy.
ReviewCook is not responsible for cookies, tracking technologies, privacy practices, or content used by third-party websites, platforms, or destinations that are not controlled by us.
How long do cookies last?
Cookies may be either session cookies or persistent cookies.
Session cookies last only while your browser or session is open. They are usually deleted when you close your browser.
Persistent cookies stay on your device for a longer period or until you delete them. They may help us remember your preferences, consent choices, or login information for future visits.
The length of time a cookie remains on your device depends on the cookie's purpose and settings. For more details about specific cookies, please see our Cookie Declaration at COOKIE DECLARATION.
How can you control cookies?
You can control cookies in several ways.
8.1 Cookie settings
Where required by law, we will ask for your consent before using non-essential cookies.
You can accept, reject, or manage non-essential cookies through our cookie banner or your browser settings.
You can change your choices at any time. If you withdraw consent, this will not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before you withdrew consent.
8.2 Browser settings
You can also use your browser settings to block, delete, or manage cookies. Most browsers allow you to:
- delete existing cookies;
- block all cookies;
- block third-party cookies;
- receive alerts before cookies are stored; or
- limit tracking in other ways.
Browser settings vary, so please check your browser's help section for instructions.
Please note that blocking some cookies may affect how the Platform works. For example, you may not be able to stay signed in, access dashboard features, save preferences, or use certain hosted pages or review flows.
8.3 Device and platform settings
Your device, operating system, or mobile browser may also offer privacy settings that limit tracking, advertising identifiers, or similar technologies.
These settings are provided by your device, browser, or operating system provider, and they may affect how some cookies or similar technologies work.
What legal bases do we rely on?
Where privacy laws require us to identify a legal basis, we rely on different legal bases depending on the cookie category and context.
For essential cookies and certain security, fraud-prevention, and abuse-prevention technologies, we use them because they are needed to provide, secure, and operate the Platform. Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, our legal basis may be performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, or our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the Platform.
For analytics, performance, functional, targeting, and advertising cookies, we ask for consent where required by applicable law. You can withdraw or change that consent at any time.
In some places, certain low-risk analytics or functional technologies may be allowed without consent where permitted by law. Where we rely on such an exception, we will still provide clear information and any choices required by law.
EU, UK, Swiss, and similar cookie rules
For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other places with similar cookie rules, we will not use non-essential cookies unless we have obtained any consent required by law.
Where consent is required, we will aim to make the choice clear, easy to understand, and easy to change.
You can withdraw or update your consent at any time through your cookie or browser settings.
Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before withdrawal.
U.S. state privacy choices
Depending on where you live and how we use cookies, you may have rights under U.S. state privacy laws, such as the right to opt out of certain processing for targeted advertising, sale, or sharing of personal information.
Where required, you may be able to exercise these choices through:
- our cookie settings tool
- your browser settings
- any other method described in our Privacy Policy.
We will honor legally required opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, where required by applicable law.
Please see our Privacy Policy for more information about U.S. privacy rights and how to exercise them.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting. Because there is no single industry standard for responding to Do Not Track signals, we do not respond to all Do Not Track signals in the same way.
However, where required by applicable law, we will honor recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, for applicable choices relating to sale, sharing, or targeted advertising.
You can also manage cookie choices directly through your browser settings.
International data transfers
ReviewCook is provided by QR TIGER PTE. LTD., and we may use service providers, infrastructure, or support teams located in different countries.
If information collected through cookies or similar technologies is transferred outside your country or region, we will use safeguards required by applicable law. These safeguards may include standard contractual clauses, data processing agreements, adequacy decisions, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
Please see our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Data Processing Addendum for more information.
Children
ReviewCook is not designed for children. We do not knowingly use cookies to target advertising to children or knowingly collect personal information from children through the Platform.
ReviewCook customers must not use the Platform to collect personal information from children unless they have all notices, consents, and legal authority required by applicable law and have obtained any required written approval from us.
Cookie Declaration
To provide more transparency, we maintain or will make available a Cookie Declaration at:
The Cookie Declaration may list cookies and similar technologies used on the Platform, including their:
- names;
- providers;
- purposes;
- categories;
- durations;
- whether they are first-party or third-party cookies; and
- other relevant details.
Because cookies may change as we update the Platform or our service providers, the Cookie Declaration may be updated more often than this Cookie Policy.
Third-party cookie list
You can find more information about third-party providers and the cookies or similar technologies they may use here:
We recommend reviewing those third-party policies to understand how they may process your information.
Cookie Policy updates
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time.
If we make material changes, we will use reasonable efforts to let you know, such as by posting the updated policy on this page, updating the "Last Updated" date, providing an account notice, or using another reasonable method.
We encourage you to review this Cookie Policy periodically so you understand how ReviewCook uses cookies and similar technologies.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have privacy rights relating to personal information collected through cookies and similar technologies. These rights may include the right to:
- withdraw consent for non-essential cookies;
- access personal information;
- correct inaccurate personal information;
- delete personal information;
